Job Description

Summary

Lead and develop a high energy stock team to drive operational excellence at an outlet location. Ensure seamless merchandise flow from truck to sales floor while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies.
  • Oversee receipt processing and movement of merchandise to storage and sales floor.
  • Monitor tagging accuracy and key operational metrics to drive improvements.
  • Manage release of product to delivery partners and customers ensuring accuracy and service standards.
  • Authorize and manage destruction of items marked out of stock in compliance with policy.
  • Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect company service standards.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to support operational needs and inventory flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Adaptable resilient with a solutions focused approach to change.
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.
  • Ability to lift and move items in excess of 100 lbs using proper equipment and safety techniques.
