Outlet Operations Leader

Summary

The Outlet Operations Leader develops and leads a results-driven stock team while ensuring smooth, safe, and accurate store operations. This role safeguards inventory and supports exceptional experiences for customers and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee merchandise receipt, processing, storage, and movement to the sales floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor operational metrics, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged.
• Manage product releases to delivery partners and customers, and authorize disposal of designated out-of-stock merchandise.
• Ensure operational interactions meet service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to work across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items over 100 pounds using proper equipment and safety techniques, and to perform physical work throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
