Outlet Quality Associate - Commack Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the Commack Outlet to ensure facilities meet RH standards. They partner with the Outlet Team to plan, coordinate, and perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and operational assets. The role requires maintaining a safe, compliant environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards while minimizing operational disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations for the outlet.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Work closely with the Outlet Team to address maintenance needs and uphold RH quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced retail outlet environment.
• Capable of lifting and mobilizing items up to 75 lbs and performing prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
