Outlet Quality Associate - Portland Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the RH Outlet meets quality and safety standards. This role partners with the Outlet team to maintain facility functionality, perform preventive maintenance, and support smooth store operations. The associate helps uphold OSHA and HAZMAT requirements while minimizing operational disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Maintain the upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair activities and identify process improvements
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and maneuver around outlet floor, stock room, and office
• Willingness to perform prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
