Outlet Sales Associate - Outlet

Summary

Provide elevated customer service and drive sales within the outlet showroom by engaging customers, presenting product features, and maintaining brand standards. Partner with store team members to create a seamless purchasing experience and support store performance. Perform transactional duties and uphold merchandise presentation in line with the RH aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and recommend products.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to team sales goals and support overall store success.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to reflect brand standards.
• Develop and maintain product and service knowledge across the assortment.
• Partner with colleagues across the store to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives through relationship driven selling.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including bending and climbing.
• Strong communication skills and professional brand reflective presence.
