The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized service and exceptional customer experiences at the RH Outlet in Brooklyn. This sales-driven role engages customers, educates them on product features and craftsmanship, and helps drive store performance. The position requires operating point-of-sale systems and performing physical tasks including prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence.
• Proactively engage and educate customers on RH products, features, benefits, and services to support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, store policies, and merchandise presentation to uphold brand integrity.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and support a seamless purchasing experience.
• Contribute to team sales goals and support overall store success.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, stooping, and climbing.
