Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader will lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue and margin targets. This role drives sales excellence, builds client relationships, and maintains elevated brand and merchandising standards in the outlet environment. The leader partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set clear sales goals, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and coach Team Members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interaction standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory, and visual merchandising compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom; role involves prolonged standing and physical activity
