Gallery Leader

Summary

Lead and develop associates across all gallery functions to drive sales, service, and operational excellence. Responsible for strategy and execution, empowering teams to deliver a refined luxury experience and achieve business results. Oversee performance, loss prevention, merchandising, and the implementation of initiatives in the Salt Lake City gallery.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive, high-performing environment that drives sales and controls expenses
• Attract, hire and retain talent who uphold brand and professional standards
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and a discerning design point of view
• Monitor, analyze and communicate business performance and determine strategies to achieve results
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with field leadership and the People Team
• Support loss prevention, physical security, cash controls, inventory management and internal audits
• Implement and follow up on initiatives and rollouts as the business evolves

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or a similar field
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive work environment and empower associates
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; results-driven and high energy
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office
