Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and personalized product recommendations
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Oversee daily counter operations, organization, cleanliness, and customer service
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
