Beauty Counter Manager - Fashion Place

Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for assigned luxury brands at the Fashion Place location. This role blends selling, teaching, and counter leadership to meet sales goals and build customer loyalty both in-store and digitally. The Manager coordinates vendor events, maintains counter presentation, and supports a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

• Proven ability to connect with customers, handle concerns proactively, and build loyalty
• Experience or ability to thrive in a commissioned sales environment and drive results
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a high level of ownership
