Outlet Stock Associate - Asheville Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise within the outlet to support an elevated customer experience. This hands-on role operates in both the stockroom and on the sales floor to ensure product is accurately received, tagged, and presented. The associate maintains an organized, safe environment and assists with customer pickups and efficient inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate equipment when moving product.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience upholding safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs., and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
