Outlet Stock Associate - Cleveland Outlet

Summary

Responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, processing, and moving merchandise to ensure the sales floor is stocked and presented to RH standards. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to support customer pickups, maintain organization, and uphold safety and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
