Outlet Stock Associate - Irvine Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on stockroom and sales floor work to receive, process, and present merchandise at the outlet. Ensure efficient movement of product from delivery to placement while maintaining organization, safety, and brand standards. Support customer pickups and assist with loading as needed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe vehicle loading.
• Move furniture and accessories using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. when required.
