Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise to ensure accurate inventory and an organized sales floor. This hands-on role supports safe movement of product from delivery to placement and assists with customer pickups while maintaining brand standards. The associate works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adheres to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations
• Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment use when handling heavy items

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical movements including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
