Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Ensure accurate and efficient receiving of inventory and maintain merchandise presentation to support an exceptional customer experience in an outlet environment. Perform hands-on work in the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving product from delivery to placement while maintaining safety and organization. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Operate safely while lifting and moving furniture and accessories

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture in excess of 100 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical activities such as bending and climbing
