Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Serve as a hands-on team member responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment. Support customer pickups and ensure inventory is accurately tagged and tracked. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced outlet setting with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Uphold brand presentation and safety procedures on the sales floor

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using proper equipment
• Capability to maneuver throughout sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks
• Willingness to perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
