Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate receives inventory and ensures merchandise is efficiently stocked and presented. This hands-on role supports customer experience by moving product from deliveries to the sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor.
• Organize the stockroom and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Tag and label merchandise accurately for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchases for customer pickup and assist with safe vehicle loading.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 pounds using appropriate equipment.
• Ability to maneuver throughout sales floors, stockrooms, and loading docks and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
