Outlet Stock Associate - San Jose Outlet

Summary

Responsible for receiving inventory and ensuring merchandise is accurately processed, stocked, and presented to support an exceptional customer experience at the outlet. Work is hands-on in the stockroom and on the sales floor, requiring organization, attention to safety, and collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Move product from delivery to placement supporting sales floor presentation
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using proper equipment
• Capability to maneuver throughout sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks
