Outlet Stock Associate - San Jose Outlet

Summary

Perform receiving and stocking duties to ensure accurate inventory handling and presentation in the outlet. Move merchandise from delivery to storage and sales floor while maintaining a safe organized environment and upholding brand standards. Support customer pickups and assist with loading as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with vehicle loading
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Operate appropriate equipment to move and stage product

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using proper equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
