Outlet Stock Associate - San Rafael Outlet

As an Outlet Stock Associate at the San Rafael Outlet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory is accurately received and presented to enhance the customer experience. You will work both in the stockroom and on the sales floor, maintaining a safe and organized environment that reflects our brand's standards.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate the movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure all inventory meets quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• 1+ years of retail experience, with stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Physical ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories over 100 lbs.
• Capability to maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks.
