Retail Stock Associate - Marin

As a Retail Stock Associate at our Marin location, you will play a crucial role in managing the stockroom and ensuring that merchandise is prepared and organized for the selling floor. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and support the store's operational functions.

• Manage the in-store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Delegate tasks on the sales floor to complete re-pricing projects efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise by tagging, steaming, folding, and hanging as needed.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure timely and efficient floorset implementation.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the selling floor daily.
• Execute transfers, returns, and damages as directed.
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on inquiries as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom, ensuring merchandise is floor-ready.
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
• Prepare the store for physical inventories according to directives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Retail Pro experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
