The Outlet Store Leader at RH is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and developing a high-energy, driven team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. • Live the company's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns promptly in collaboration with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and outlet vision for safety and operational excellence.
• Support and assume responsibility for profit protection in risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze and communicate business opportunities to achieve extraordinary results.
• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire yourself and others.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally and for extended periods.
