Responsibilities- Lead the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Implement a culture that leverages all KPIs.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Deliver excellence and strive to exceed client expectations.
- Drive the team to embrace a clienteling culture and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure the execution of company CRM initiatives with action plans.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market/store presence through community engagement and events.
- Ensure store visual standards are met and maintained in partnership with the visual merchandising team.
- Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process and build a talent pipeline.
- Provide guidance and feedback to associates through coaching conversations.
- Oversee performance processes and assist in establishing goals/objectives for all associates.
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Comply with all Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Develop accurate monthly schedules and ensure adequate floor coverage.
Requirements- 8+ years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing others in a customer service environment.
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
- Ability to connect with customers through excellent service and strong visual presentation.
- Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
