Outlet Store Leader

As an Outlet Store Leader at RH, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience. You will set the strategy and ensure high-level execution with a commitment to quality, fostering an environment where vision and empowerment are key.

• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and outlet vision.
• Support profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
• Analyze and communicate business opportunities to achieve results.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others.
• Commitment to quality with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally for extended periods.
