Store Manager

As a Store Manager in San Jose, you will lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service targets. • Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.

• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure all employees present professionally and practice the highest level of customer service.
• Recruit qualified professionals and source top talent in the market.
• Manage store P&L report and budgets, including salary, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations to company standards.
• Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
• Align with Human Resources on company policies and development planning for the store team.

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate the team.
