Lead and manage the Outlet store to deliver elevated customer experiences and drive business results. Develop and empower cross-functional teams while maintaining brand standards, operational excellence, and a focus on quality in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and inspire teams to create a positive performance driven culture
- Manage hiring development performance management and career transitions with People Team
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and Outlet vision
- Champion profit protection including security cash controls inventory management and audits
- Identify analyze and communicate business opportunities to drive results
- Support implementation and follow up for initiatives and rollouts
- Represent the brand with integrity professionalism and personal presentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to travel periodically including extended trips as needed
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
