• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns in collaboration with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and outlet vision.
• Manage profit protection, risk management, physical security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits.
• Analyze and communicate business opportunities to achieve outstanding results.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire yourself and others.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally, sometimes for extended periods.
