Summary

The Store Manager leads the colleague and customer experience while driving sales, service, loyalty, and operational excellence. This role develops business strategies, builds a strong team, and ensures the store responds to local customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store performance metrics, including sales, EBIT, customer satisfaction, expenses, conversion, and loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and engage store leaders and colleagues while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Lead store execution, including merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, receipts, purchases, and markdowns.
• Partner with merchants, planners, and operations teams to support localization and operational excellence.
• Model customer-first service and promote the use of selling technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
