Outlet Team Associate

Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store profitability by providing helpful customer service and assisting with merchandising and store operations. The role helps create a clean, organized, easy-to-shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Tag, ticket, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor; fold, straighten, and size items.
• Support stock processing, stockroom organization, floor recovery, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
