Outlet Team Associate

Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store profitability by providing helpful customer service and maintaining an easy-to-shop environment. The role combines customer engagement with merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately.
• Price, tag, ticket, and process merchandise, and keep the sales floor recovered and organized.
• Follow operational procedures and help protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret procedural and safety documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
