Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and profit by assisting customers and contributing to efficient merchandising and store operations. The role delivers friendly, helpful service while maintaining an organized, easy-to-shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately, including handling cash.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and easy to shop.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging and ticketing items, and recover the floor by folding, straightening, and sizing merchandise.
• Support stock processing and stockroom organization while following operational procedures to protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
