Summary

The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store operations by serving customers and helping maintain an easy-to-shop environment. The role includes customer engagement, register transactions, merchandise handling, and sales floor recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare, tag, and ticket merchandise; recover the sales floor by folding, straightening, and sizing merchandise.
• Support stock processing, stockroom organization, store cleanliness, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
