Outlet Team Associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations at the Woodbury Commons outlet. Assist customers with product selection, process transactions accurately, and help maintain visual standards on the sales floor. Provide a welcoming environment and support team priorities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering product knowledge and styling assistance.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock shelves, and organize fitting rooms.
• Support inventory counts, receive shipments, and process stockroom tasks as directed.
• Adhere to loss prevention, safety, and store policies to protect assets and customers.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
