Part time outlet team associate role based in the Wrentham Premium Outlets location supporting daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate cash wrap and process transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and restock inventory
• Assist with fitting room and returns processing
• Support loss prevention and store safety procedures
• Help with pricing and tagging merchandise
• Participate in store opening and closing tasks

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Reliable punctuality and teamwork orientation
