Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. They leverage digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and business growth and act as leaders within the store, coaching peers and supporting store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling to customers to deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Drive individual and team sales performance by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, perform outreach, and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, contribute feedback to management, and participate in training and store initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with talent sourcing and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Proficiency with digital selling tools and customer relationship management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand and walk for multiple hours, and operate the register.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
