Part Time Sales Associate - Chestnut Hill

Summary

Part Time Sales Associate supporting the Jimmy Choo boutique within Bloomingdale's in Chestnut Hill. Provide exceptional client service both in-store and virtually, drive sales performance, and uphold brand and visual merchandising standards. Perform operational tasks including cash handling, key-holder duties, inventory, and shipping/receiving as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through in-store and virtual client interactions and act as a brand ambassador in the community
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and client outreach
• Maintain client book management, follow up via phone and email, and coordinate out-of-town shipping
• Perform key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing and cash handling
• Support inventory activities, back of house coverage, and shipping/receiving tasks
• Merchandise product and ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Use register systems and navigate UltiPro for attendance and scheduling tasks

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or clienteling experience with strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain high productivity
• Proficiency with point-of-sale/register systems and basic cash handling
• Ability to perform inventory, shipping/receiving, and back of house duties as needed
• Professional grooming and adherence to uniform standards, reliable attendance, and flexibility to work retail hours
