Summary

Lead and oversee daily operations of the outlet store at Potomac Mills, ensuring team performance, visual standards, and excellent customer service. Manage staffing, workflow, and sales goals while maintaining brand presentation in a high-traffic retail environment. Provide coaching and development to outlet associates to drive results and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule outlet store team members to meet coverage needs and sales targets
• Coach and train associates on selling techniques and product knowledge
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and loss prevention procedures
• Drive sales through customer engagement and effective floor leadership
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing store operations and cash handling

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years retail management or leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
