Job Description

Summary

The PCM Coordinator supports Bulgari's High Jewelry portfolios and global high-net-worth client base. The role coordinates VIP client experience, travel, events, shipping, logistics, and cross-functional operations to support High Jewelry sales.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate VIP client experience, global travel, and event support.
  • Manage shipping and logistics coordination.
  • Support cross-functional communication and day-to-day operational discipline.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years supporting executives in luxury, retail, hospitality, fashion, or High Jewelry.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, discretion, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Comfort engaging with ultra-high-net-worth clients and availability for evening and weekend events.
