• Manage and implement digital content campaigns and partnerships from start to finish, including casting, content review, and budget management.
• Execute expert talent relations and strategies for Christian Dior Parfums US.
• Scout and manage relationships with expert partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Oversee award season expert strategy and partnerships to create impactful media moments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expert engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent or public relations within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
• Established relationships with key experts in makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Proven track record of successful digital content campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant KPI tracking platforms.
