PT Operations Support Associate

Summary

An Operations Support Associate ensures smooth day-to-day store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role executes inventory and replenishment activities, visual presentation tasks, and provides assistance to Brand Ambassadors and customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight and shipments, inspect deliveries, and apply tags and sensors per company guidelines.
• Execute RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment to maintain accurate floor and stockroom levels.
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and stock room resets.
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales transactions when required.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Maintain organized, clean stockroom and sales floor areas and collaborate with store team members.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or retail operations experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas, and work with chemicals as required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel as needed.
