PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering elevated customer experiences through personalized styling and strong product knowledge. The role focuses on driving individual sales performance, leveraging digital tools for clienteling, and supporting team development as an entry point to management. Ambassadors represent the brand on the sales floor and collaborate with store leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and offer personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and supporting store sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, and support recruitment efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards, support store initiatives, and adapt presentation for in-person or remote customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required by the business.
• Comfort using digital tools for sales and client outreach.
