PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and styling experiences while supporting sales goals and building lasting client relationships. This in-store role also contributes to team success through coaching, clienteling, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals while supporting team sales plans.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to customers' needs.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Help coach Brand Ambassadors and participate in training and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to customers preferred.
