PT Stock Keeper - Bloomingdales WHB Concessions

Summary

Part-Time Stock Keeper responsible for maintaining inbound and outbound merchandise and organizing back-of-house stock and supply areas at the Bloomingdales Women's Handbags concession. The role manages shipments, inter-store transfers, returns and consignments, and inputs authorized merchandise into the inventory computer system. The Stock Keeper supports loss prevention and inventory accuracy through proper ticketing, sensor standards, and detailed shipment logs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise and maintain organized back-of-house stock areas
• Handle shipping and receiving procedures, paperwork distribution, and vendor deliveries
• Process and input authorized merchandise into the inventory computer system
• Coordinate inter-store transfers, RTVs, damages, consignments, and customer charge sends
• Maintain comprehensive logs for incoming and outgoing shipments and enforce ticketing and sensor standards
• Support loss prevention and shortage control through accurate inventory management

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and inventory systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
