Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and drive sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands
• Use digital selling tools, including text and social media, to grow customer following
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds while enrolling customers in loyalty programs
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
