Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize new technology and "More Ways to Shop" to enhance business results.
• Champion RL core values and ensure a consistent RL Brand experience.
• Build a clientele through networking and providing ongoing feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Capability to maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
