Summary

Part Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that reflects the Ralph Lauren brand. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales, building clientele, and supporting store initiatives while learning product and service standards. The position serves as a pathway to future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and proactively grow business through customer-focused activity
• Deliver a consistent in-store brand experience and support store vision and company initiatives
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing channels (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden customer accessibility
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor standards, support merchandising and product discovery (QR codes, digital catalogs)

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer and team relationships
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
