Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales goals. This customer-focused role combines fashion knowledge, service, and teamwork to uphold brand and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Support sales plans, connect customers through the Polo Connect program, and educate them about available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Participate in company training and provide management with product and category feedback.
• Contribute to a professional, positive, and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts; travel may be required.
