Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Part Time Brand Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This in-store role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and leveraging digital tools to enhance outreach and customer experience. The position supports store visual standards, team initiatives, and offers a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and CRM tools such as Polo connect.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Balance tasks across sales floor, stock areas, and cashwrap while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts as needed.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor and work around stock and dressing rooms; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register/POS and use digital clienteling tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and follow store policies to support a positive team environment.
