Outlet Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in an outlet retail environment. Proactively engage customers to understand needs, provide personalized product guidance, and support informed purchasing decisions. Contribute to store performance through relationship-driven selling and maintaining a polished brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with professional communication and a brand-reflective presence on the sales floor
• Engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support purchases
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and store policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the outlet aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions to ensure a seamless purchasing experience
• Drive sales performance by contributing to team goals and supporting overall store success

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings, with proven success in relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
