Summary

Salesperson for kids' apparel and shoes responsible for delivering excellent customer service and styling both in-store and through digital channels. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly and occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one hired into.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills; self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales; ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical requirements include continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending/squatting/reaching, frequent use of hands, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
